1. The service
Another AI Lie provides tools for examining text, images and claims. The service may include a free browser-based quick check and a paid Full Evidence Report using AI-assisted analysis and, where applicable, public-web evidence searching.
The service is intended to provide additional evidence and context for human judgement. Results should not be treated as conclusive findings.
2. Free quick checks
Free quick checks use browser-based rules intended to identify potentially relevant signals in supplied material.
A free result is not a factual verdict and must not be interpreted as proof that content is true, false, authentic, manipulated, human-made or AI-generated.
3. Full Evidence Reports
A paid Full Evidence Report provides a deeper evidence-led assessment of the material submitted for that check.
Reports may examine source evidence, claim support, public-source similarity, risk signals, uncertainty and practical verification steps.
AI-assisted analysis can make mistakes, misunderstand context, miss relevant evidence or produce incomplete conclusions. Users should independently verify important findings.
4. Public-web searching and similarity
For text-bearing Full Evidence Reports, Another AI Lie may search publicly accessible web sources for evidence and potentially similar wording or content.
This search is not comprehensive. It may not cover every website, private repository, closed academic database, subscription-only source, unpublished work or inaccessible material.
Similarity or overlap does not by itself establish plagiarism, copying, authorship or intent. A failure to locate a public match does not establish originality.
5. Image assessments
Image assessments may consider visible content, visible text and contextual or visual signals.
Unless reliable evidence actually establishes it, Another AI Lie does not claim that an image is authentic, fake, manipulated, AI-generated or human-created.
Visual anomalies alone should not be treated as proof of how an image was created.
6. Your submissions
You are responsible for the material you submit and for ensuring that you are legally permitted to submit and process it using the service.
You must not knowingly submit material that:
- you have no right or permission to provide;
- unlawfully infringes another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- is submitted for an unlawful purpose; or
- is intended to misuse, disrupt or interfere with the service.
You should avoid submitting unnecessary confidential, highly sensitive or secret information.
7. Payments and one-report use
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, one payment purchases one Full Evidence Report for one submitted check.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Another AI Lie does not need to receive or store your full payment-card details.
A completed report may be revisited using the same verified payment session during the applicable retention period, but that payment cannot be reused to generate additional reports.
8. Report delivery and retention
Paid reports are sent to the email address supplied for report delivery. Users are responsible for entering an email address they can access.
Email delivery can occasionally be delayed or affected by receiving mail providers, spam filtering or other systems outside Another AI Lie's control.
Temporary staged material is normally deleted after approximately 24 hours. Completed paid reports are retained on the server for up to 14 days and are then automatically deleted. The emailed report is intended to become the customer's retained copy.
9. No professional advice
Another AI Lie is an information and evidence-assessment service. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, academic, journalistic, forensic or other professional advice.
Decisions with significant consequences should not be based solely on an Another AI Lie result.
10. Responsible use of results
You are responsible for how you interpret and use a report.
You should not present an Another AI Lie assessment as definitive proof of misconduct, fraud, plagiarism, deception, authorship or AI generation where the underlying evidence does not establish that conclusion.
11. Availability and changes
Features, pricing, analysis methods, providers and availability may change as the service develops.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons.
12. Errors and service limitations
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or accurate.
Evidence available on the public web can change, disappear or be incomplete, and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, Another AI Lie should not be treated as assuming responsibility for decisions, accusations, publications or other actions taken solely on the basis of an automated assessment.
14. Privacy
Information about how submitted material and personal information are processed is set out in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Another AI Lie develops. The version published on this page will be the current version.
